SOFIA (Bulgaria), October 4 (SeeNews) – Bulgarian holding company Synthetica [BUL:0SYA] said on Wednesday information and communication firm Specialized Logistic Systems (SLS) has acquired a 7.0% stake in the company.
SLS [BUL:2SLA] notified Synthetica on October 4 that it has acquired 210,142 shares in the company, Synthetica said in a bourse filing.

Synthetica shares last traded on September 29, when they closed unchanged at 39.75 levs ($23.9/20.3 euro).
