April 3 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's Sliven water utility said that it has launched a tender for a contract for construction and reconstruction of water supply and sewage infrastructure, worth an estimated 30.7 million levs ($17 million/15.7 million euro), VAT excluded.
The project benefits from EU funding under Operational Programme Environment 2014-2020, the municipality said in a tender notice.
The deadline for submitting offers is May 11.
Bids will be ranked based on price and technical criteria, with 50% weight each.
