November 21 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian software developer Sirma Group Holding [BUL:SKK] said on Monday it will seek to raise some 10 million euro ($10.6 million) from private investors and/or the Bulgarian stock exchange next year.
The company provided no further details in an email to SeeNews.
Sirma Group's strategic goal is to IPO on a major European market or Nasdaq by 2022, the company also said.
Currently, the company is actively looking for acquisitions in Europe, it added.
Sirma Group raised 11.4 million levs in the IPO on the Bulgarian bourse which closed in October 2015. Its shares started trading on the bourse in December.
Sirma Group Holding, founded in 1992 simultaneously in Bulgaria and Canada, employs more than 300 and operates on five continents. The company is active in semantic technology, mobile applications, enterprise resource planning, business intelligence, electronic government, financial and bank services.
Sirma Group closed 0.44% higher at 0.918 levs on Monday as 250 shares changed hands.
