November 26 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian software developer Sirma Group Holding [BUL:SKK] said on Monday that it has decided to acquire the remaining stake it does not already own in its unit Sirma Enterprise Systems for 140,000 levs ($81,000/72,000 euro).
Sirma Group Holding will acquire 13,902 class A shares and 2,024 ordinary shares in Sirma Enterprise Systems, the software developer said in a bourse filing.

Sirma Enterprise Systems has a registered capital of 1.4 million levs, divided into 13,902 class A shares and 127,144 ordinary shares, all with a nominal value of 10 levs each.
As at 12:25 CET on Monday, Sirma Group Holding shares traded 0.21% lower at 0.97 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
