July 21 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian software developer Sirma Group Holding [BUL:SGH] said that its shareholders approved a proposal for a dividend payout of 1.4 million levs ($765,830/715,810 euro) for last year, including 90% of its net profit for 2021.
Sirma Group will distribute as dividend 930,974 levs out of its 2021 net profit of 1.03 million levs, it said in a statement on Thursday, following a shareholders meeting.
The balance of 10% from last year's net profit, or 103,442 levs, will be allocated to the company's reserve fund.
The software developer will also distribute as dividend 469,025 levs out of undistributed profit from previous years.
The company skipped the distribution of dividend for 2020.
Sirma Group will also allocate earnings from prior years to cover a loss of 13,670 levs accumulated since 2015, it said.
The company's capital is divided into 59,360,518 shares with a par value of 1 lev each.
Sirma Group last traded at 0.79 levs on the stock exchange in Sofia.
