November 30 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian software developer Sirma Group Holding [BUL:SKK] said on Wednesday its sales revenues increased by 30.12% year-on-year, reaching 27.4 million levs ($14.9 million/14 million euro) in the first nine months of 2016.
The company booked a net profit of 2.4 million levs in the period January-Septemeber, unchanged from last year, Sirma Group said in a press release.
Revenues from sales of goods added 4.77% on the year, reaching 7.6 million levs, while revenues from sales of services added 43.7% to 19.8 million levs in the period under review.
The company noted that the rise in total revenues was mainly due to increase of revenues generated on international markets. The U.S. market had the largest share in Sirma's internationally generated revenues, adding 40.6% to 6.3 million levs.
Domestic sales revenues rose by 7.1% to 13.2 million levs in January-September.
Sirma Group Holding, founded in 1992 simultaneously in Bulgaria and Canada, employs more than 300 and operates on five continents. The company is active in semantic technology, mobile applications, enterprise resource planning, business intelligence, electronic government, financial and bank services.
Sirma Group shares traded 2.0% higher at 0.918 levs by 10:45 CET on Wednesday as 3,125 shares changed hands on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
