SOFIA (Bulgaria), February 19 (SeeNews) – Bulgarian software developer Sirma Group Holding is preparing an initial public offering (IPO) on the Bulgarian bourse, aiming to raise its capital to 65.8 million levs ($38.4 million/33.6 million euro) from 49.8 million levs to accelerate growth and expand its presence on foreign markets, the brokerage that will manage the IPO said on Thursday.
Sirma Group Holding plans to offer investors 16 million new shares at an issue price of 1.20-1.65 levs each, Elana Trading said in a press release.

The IPO prospectus is awaiting the approval of the financial supervision commission.
