August 21 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's Sirma Group Holding [BUL:SKK] said on Monday it plans to increase the capital of its unit Sirma Solutions by 2.84 million levs ($1.7 million/1.45 million euro).
Sirma Group Holding will subscribe 284,000 ordinary shares with an issue price equal to their par value of 10 levs each, the company said in a bourse filing.
Sirma Group Holding, founded in 1992 simultaneously in Bulgaria and Canada, employs more than 300 and operates on five continents. The company is active in semantic technology, mobile applications, enterprise resource planning, business intelligence, electronic government, financial and bank services.
Sirma Group Holding shares were traded flat at 1.175 levs on Monday by 10:30 CET on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
Sirma Solutions activities include IT solutions for public sector and e-government. The company has several subsidiaries, which are major suppliers, software developers and system integrators specialized in different industries – finance telecommunications, logistics and workforce management, healthcare, aviation.
