SOFIA (Bulgaria), November 16 (SeeNews) – Bulgarian diversified group Sila Holding [BUL:6S5] has raised 33.7 million levs ($20.3 million/17.2 million euro) in a capital hike, the Sofia bourse said on Thursday.
A total of 16.85 million shares have been subscribed for and fully paid for, a notice on the BSE’s website indicated.
In August, Bulgaria’s Financial Supervision Commission said it approved Sila Holding’s prospectus for a capital hike via the issuance of up to 18 million shares with a nominal value of 1 lev each.
The shares will be issued at a price of 2 levs apiece, the regulator said at the time.
At the time, Sila Holding had a registered capital of 20 million levs, distributed in 20 million shares with a nominal value of 1 lev each.
