November 11 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian diversified group Synergon Holding [BUL:6S7] said on Monday that it unit Shamot has signed a preliminary agreement to sell a property to electronics retailer Technopolis Bulgaria, worth 3.1 million levs ($1.8 million/1.6 million euro), VAT excluded.
The final agreement is expected to be signed by the end of November, Synergon Holding said in a bourse filing.

At the end of September, Synergon Holding controlled 93.63% interest in Shamot.
Synergon Holding was set up in 1996 as a privatisation fund under Bulgaria's voucher privatisation programme. The fund was transformed into a holding structure the following year. It has more than 25 subsidiaries and affiliated companies operating in various sectors of the Bulgarian economy.
Technopolis Bulgaria is part of local Videolux Holding.
