January 10 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian diversified group Severcoop Gamza Holding [BUL:6S4N] said on Tuesday it will repay some 2 million levs ($1.09 million/1.02 million euro) of the principal of its bond issue trading under the 6S4N code on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
The right on partial repayment of the principal in the amount of 100 will be entitled to all bondholders registered with the Central Depository as of January 13, 2023, the group said in a stock exchange filing.
The repayment will be made along with the coupon payment due on January 16, reducing the bond’s principal to 14 million levs, the company said in a separate stock exchange filing.
The bond, issued in 2018 to finance acquisitions, has an annual coupon rate of 5% and will mature on July 16, 2026.
