December 20 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian diversified group Severcoop Gamza Holding [BUL:6S4] said on Thursday that local Selena Holding has decreased its stake in the company to 14.85% from 19.81%.
Following the transaction, Selena Holding owns 794,168 shares in the company, Severcoop Gamza Holding said in a bourse filing.

The 4.96% stake in Severcoop Gamza Holding is equal to some 265,251 shares in the company.
Severcoop Gamza Holding shares last traded at 3.68 levs apiece on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, which would value the deal at just under 1 million levs ($586,000/511,000 euro).
Severcoop Gamza Holding was set up in 1998 as a privatisation fund.
