March 10 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian winery Seewines Spirit has raised 400,000 levs ($233,000/205,000 euro) in a capital increase via a new share issue on March 5, commercial register data shows.
Seewines Spirit has issued 400 new shares with a nominal value of 1,000 levs each, according to data from the commercial register.
The company's majority owner - Seewines, has acquired 321 of the new shares, while Agroproduction 2011 has purchased the other 79.
