August 20 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's Saglasie Insurance said that its shareholders have approved the company's plans to increase its capital by 2 million levs ($1.2 million/1.0 million euro) to 9 million levs.
Saglasie Insurance will offer to existing shareholders 2 million shares for subscription at a price of 1 levs apiece, the company said in a commercial register filing last week.
The capital increase will only be considered successful if it is fully subscribed.
