SOFIA (Bulgaria), December 8 (SeeNews) – Bulgarian pharmaceuticals producer Sopharma [BUL:3JR] said on Friday Rompharm Company OOD has decreased its stake to 9.41% in two transactions.
In the first transaction, registered with the country’s central depository on December 7, Rompharm Company sold 5 million Sopharma shares, cutting its stake to 12.88%, the drug maker said in a bourse filing.

In a second transaction, registered with the central depository on December 8, Rompharm sold a further 4.7 million Sopharma shares, leaving the company with a 9.41% stake.
On Tuesday, over 6 million Sopharma shares were traded on the Sofia bourse at a weighted average price of 4.27 levs ($2.59/2.18 euro) apiece, while on Wednesday 4.7 million of the company’s shares changed hands at the same weighted average price.
