Bulgaria's Rodna Zemya Holding plans to seek 18.4 mln euro in cap hike

SOFIA (Bulgaria), April 18 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian diversified group Rodna Zemya Holding [BUL:6R2] said on Thursday that it is planning to seek to raise 36 million levs ($20.7 million/18.4 million euro) by increasing its capital via a new share issue.

The company intends to offer 20 million shares with a nominal value of 1 lev each at a price of 1.8 levs apiece, Rodna Zemya Holding said in a bourse filing.

The capital increase will be considered successful if at least 5 million new shares are subscribed for and paid for.

Rodna Zemya Holding has sent for approval a capital increase prospectus to the Financial Supervision Commission.
