March 1 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian diversified group Rodna Zemya Holding [BUL:HRZ] said on Wednesday that its consolidated net profit surged to 1.42 million levs ($774,304/ 726,034 euro) in 2022 from 433,000 levs in the prior year.
Revenue grew to 182.95 million levs last year from 160.6 million levs in 2021, the group said in a financial statement.
At the same time, operating expenses climbed to 174.5 million levs from 153.1 million levs as cost of assets sold jumped to 118.6 million levs from 100.5 million levs.
As of the end of 2022, the group’s members included commercial brokerage firm Haedus, building materials retailer Baumax, retailer B&O Haedus EOOD, real estate and construction firm Agrobusiness Estate, investor Puldin Properties Invest, DIY-chain operator HIT Hypermarket and real estate and construction firm Retail Park Misionis.
As at CET 1550 on Wednesday, shares in Rodna Zemya traded 0.68% lower at 2.90 on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
