September 3 (SeeNews) - The Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) operator said on Tuesday that it has received a request for admission to trading of a subsequent issue of 19,999,997 shares in local diversified group Rodna Zemya Holding [BUL:6R2].
Rodna Zemya Holding increased its capital to some 56 million levs ($31.6 million/28.6 million euro) from 36 million levs through the share issue, the BSE said in a statement.
The company raised nearly 36 million levs through the issue, as it placed the shares at a price of 1.8 levs each.
Rodna Zemya Holding shares last traded on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange at a price of 1.8 levs each.
On Monday, Rodna Zemya Holding said that it has completed the acquisition of 100% of Sofia-headquartered HIT Hypermarket from Germany-based HIT Bulgarien.
