February 14 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's Roadway Construction said that it will seek to raise 18 million levs ($10.4 million/9.2 million euro) through the issuance of 1.8 million new shares at a price of 10 levs each, equal to their nominal value.
All shares will be subscribed for by local building materials producer Kamenni Frakcii, Roadway Construction said on Wednesday in the minutes from a recent shareholders meeting.
Roadway Construction's capital currently amount to 50,000 levs. The construction company was established in December last year.
Kamenni Frakcii is fully owned by local private investor Tonka Tencheva, according to commercial register data.
