November 8 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian diversified group TK Hold [BUL:T24] said on Wednesday that Sofia-based textile company Rilenatex has increased its stake in the group to 20.33% from 19.72%.
Following the transaction, Rilenatex owns 1.73 million TK Hold shares, the group said in a bourse filing.

TK Hold’s capital is distributed into 8.5 million shares with a nominal value of 1 lev ($0.60/0.511 euro) each.
