January 5 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's Republic Holding [BUL:HREP] has completed a process of capital increase by some 1.48 million levs ($853,600/755,900 euro), official data showed.
The capital increase, effected through the issuance of 1,478,458 new shares with a nominal value of 1 lev each, has been entered in the register of public companies, Bulgaria's Financial Supervision Commission (FSC) said in a statement on Tuesday.
Through the new share issue, Republic Holding has increased its capital to 1.6 million levs from 116,284 levs, FSC added.
Shares in Republic Holding last closed at 1.07 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange's BaSE market, bourse data showed.
