November 1 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's Commission for Protection of Competition said on Thursday that local construction services company Real Tech is seeking approval to acquire peer Sep Commerce.
Real Tech's only activity in 2017 was the lease of real estate in Sofia, so the acquisition is not expected to have an effect on competition on the local market, a notice, published on the website of the competition regulator, reads.

According to commercial register data, Real Tech was renamed in June from Mehanizacia i stroitelstvo 2008.
Sep Commerce's assets totalled 1.3 million levs ($756,000/665,000 euro) at the end of 2017, commercial register data shows. The company generated operating revenue of 226,000 levs and a net profit of 99,000 levs last year.
