February 24 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's Real Estate Sofia REIT [BUL:NIS] said that it is seeking the approval of the holders of its bond issue for a two-year maturity extension, to September 2024.
Real Estate Sofia REIT plans to repay the bond's remaining principal, of 4 million euro ($4.9 million), through eight semi-annual installments of 500,000 euro each, the company said in an invitation for a bondholders meeting, published earlier this week.
Real Estate Sofia REIT is also proposing to change the bond's interest from a fixed 6.30% to 6 month Euribor plus 3.75% but no less than 2.25%.
The vote on the proposals is scheduled for March 8.
