November 30 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's producer price index (PPI) rose 5.6% year-on-year in October, after increasing by an annual 5.7% in September, the National Statistical Institute (NSI) said on Thursday.
On a monthly comparison basis, producer prices grew 0.5% in October, as much as in September, the NSI said in a monthly report on producer prices in industry.
The PPI on the domestic market climbed 5.5% on the year and remained flat month-on-month in October. The PPI on the international market rose 5.8% on the year and was 1.4% higher than the value recorded the month before.
