October 18 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian gas supplier Primagaz said on Friday that it is planning to seek a loan of up to 2.8 million levs ($1.6 million/1.4 million euro) at an interest rate of up to 4.2% to finance its investment programme and refinance outstanding obligations to UniCredit Bulbank.
Primagaz intends to repay the loan within up to 15 years, the company said in a statement.
The company's shareholders will vote on the proposal at a general meeting scheduled for November 20.
