May 18 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian port towage services company Port Flot-Burgas [BUL:PFB] said on Thursday that it is proposing a gross dividend payout of 0.025 levs ($0.014/0.013 euro) per share for 2022.
The company plans to distribute as dividend a total of 250,000 levs from its net profit of 1.46 million levs reported for last year, Port Flot-Burgas said in a bourse filing. Of the remaining earnings, some 145,502 levs will be allotted to the company's reserve fund, while the rest will go towards its other reserves.
The proposal will be put to the vote at a general meeting of shareholders on June 23.
Port Flot-Burgas distributed a gross dividend of 0.015 levs per share for 2021, or 150,000 levs in total, according to previously disclosed data.
Shares in the company last traded at 6.00 levs on the BaSE market of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, bourse data show.
