January 28 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian port towage company Port Flot-Burgas [BUL:P2B] said on Thursday that its net profit fell to 1.1 million levs ($681,000/562,000 euro) in 2020 from 1.3 million levs in 2019.
Port Flot-Burgas' revenue fell to 7.1 million levs last year from 7.9 million levs in 2019, the company said in an interim financial statement.
The company's expenses decreased to 5.8 million levs from 6.5 million levs, partially due to lower expenses for salaries and hired services.
At the end of 2020, the company was majority owned by local ARZ Holding-2002, which owned 69.21% interest.
Port Flot-Burgas was admitted to trading on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange in August 2019.
