July 20 (SeeNews) - The shareholders of Bulgarian ship towage company Port Fleet 99 [BUL:PF99] approved a management's proposal to distribute a gross dividend per share of 0.03 levs ($0.0.019/0.015 euro) per share for last year, the company said.
Port Fleet 99 intends to distribute 60,252 levs out of its 2020 net profit of 123,654 levs as dividend, it said in a bourse filing on Monday.
The remainder of 63,402 levs will be allocated to 'other reserves'.
Shares in Port Fleet 99 started trading on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange in November 2020.
As at 10:00 CET on Tuesday, Port Fleet 99 shares traded unchanged at 7.12 levs on the floor of the Sofia bourse.
Port Fleet 99 is active in harbour towage and manoeuvring of ships, sea towage and cargo handling services.
