December 21 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's Plovdiv Plaza shopping mall, managed by real estate developer Arceland Management, said on Friday that its occupancy rate has reached 75%.
The mall has 20 new occupants, including LC Waikiki, Orange, A1 and Technomarket, the shopping mall press office said in a statement.
Plovdiv Plaza offers 35,000 sq m of retail area on three levels.
The shopping mall had around 40 occupants when it opened doors last month.
According to commercial register data, Arceland Management is owned by four private individuals. Curtis Coward, Christos Mouroutis and Dobrin Ivanov hold stakes of 30% each, while Dimosthenis Charakidas owns the remaining 10%.
Plovdiv Plaza is fully owned by Marshall Islands-registered Bulcon Holding, commercial register data shows.
