SOFIA (Bulgaria), August 21 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian drug trader Phoenix Pharma, part of Germany's Phoenix Group, has signed a 2.5 million levs ($1.4 million/1.3 million euro) contract with local Complex Oncology Center for supply of pharmaceuticals, the Vratsa-based hospital said.

The deal was signed on July 10, the hospital said in a notice on Monday.

Complex Oncology Center received eight offers in the procedure for awarding the contract.

Besides wholesale, Phoenix Pharma's activities also include pre-wholesale, as well as development of pharmacy software. The company has four distribution centres in Bulgaria - in the cities of Sofia, Plovdiv, Burgas and Veliko Tarnovo.
