July 3 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's Financial Supervision Commission said that it has asked local Phoenix Capital Holding [BUL:0PH] to provide further information and documents regarding its request for approval of its prospectus for listing a bond issue on a regulated stock exchange market.
The financial regulator did not provide further details in its statement, published on Tuesday.
In October 2018, Phoenix Capital Holding placed an eight-year 9 million euro ($10.2 million) bond issue.
The bonds carry an annual coupon of 7% with interest payments due each six months.
The issue comprises 9,000 bonds with a nominal value of 1,000 euro each.
