SOFIA (Bulgaria), November 8 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's Exclusive Property REIT [BUL:5EX] said that local Phoenix Capital Holding [BUL:0PH] has sold 909,000 shares in the company at a price of 0.715 levs ($0.40/0.37 euro).
Phoenix Capital Holding sold the shares on November 5, Exclusive Property REIT said in a statement on Thursday.
The number of shares is equal to a 9.62% stake in Exclusive Property REIT, according to bourse data.
Exclusive Property REIT shares last traded on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange at a price of 1.11 levs apiece.
At the end of September, Phoenix Capital Holding was Exclusive Property REIT's biggest shareholder, with a 24.18% stake, followed by Exclusive Tower with 17.68% interest.
