October 18 (SeeNews) - A tie-up led by Bulgarian construction company Patengineering has signed two road repair deals with Karlovo municipality worth a total of 4.8 million levs ($2.7 million/2.5 million euro), VAT excluded, the municipality said on Friday.
The other member of the tie-up is local company Terasist, the municipality said in a notice.
Both contracts were signed on September 16.
The public procurement procedures for awarding the contracts attracted three offers each.
According to registry agency data, Patengineering owns 70% interest in the tie-up.
