May 28 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's Paramedica has signed a 2.6 million levs ($1.5 million/1.3 million euro) contract with Military Medical Academy for the supply of medical equipment, the Sofia-based hospital said on Thursday.
The deal was signed on May 26, the contracting authority said in a tender notice.
Under the terms of the contract, Paramedica will have to deliver and install six sets of medical equipment for modular operating rooms the needs of the hospital.
Financing for the purchase of the equipment is currently not available, so each of the two sides in the contract can request its termination after three months.
The awarded company submitted the sole offer in the public procurement procedure for awarding the contract.
Sofia-based Paramedica, founded in 2003, is a distributor of key medical equipment and consumables for operating rooms.
