November 20 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian diversified group Synergon Holding [BUL:6S7] said on Tuesday that local Omera BD Holding has increased its stake in the company by 0.46% to 42.39% on November 20.
Following the transaction, Omera BD Holding holds a total of 7,782,380 shares in the company, Synergon Holding said in a bourse filing.

The 0.46% stake is equal to 84,113 shares in Synergon Holding.
Synergon Holding shares last traded on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange at 1.05 levs apiece.
Synergon Holding was set up in 1996 as a privatisation fund under Bulgaria's voucher privatisation programme. The fund was transformed into a holding structure the following year. It has more than 25 subsidiaries and affiliated companies operating in various sectors of the Bulgarian economy.
