March 10 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's state-owned National Railway Infrastructure Company (NRIC) said that it has signed a three-year security services agreement worth 13.9 million levs ($8.1 million/7.1 million euro) with a tie-up between three local companies.
The tie-up comprises security companies Strong S, Usis, and ASOP-Shtit, NRIC said in a notice on Monday.
The deal was signed on February 25.
The tender for the contract attracted seven offers.
According to registry agency data, ASOP-Shtit owns 34% interest in the tie-up, while the other two members hold 33% each.
