SOFIA (Bulgaria), November 18 (SeeNews) - National Railway Infrastructure Company (NRIC) said on Monday it has opened a 5.38 million levs ($3.0 million/2.7 million euro) tender for supervision of construction works for an upgrade of Plovdiv rail junction, in south-central Bulgaria.
The project benefits from financing under the EU's funding instrument Connecting Europe Facility (CEF) for Transport, state-owned NRIC said in a tender notice.
The awarded participant in the public procurement procedure will be responsible for the supervision of construction works on the railway infrastructure in Plovdiv, Maritsa and Rodopi municipalities.
Bids will be ranked based on price with 60% weight. The deadline for submitting offers is January 9, 2020.
