SOFIA (Bulgaria), July 5 (SeeNews) – Bulgarian digital media Netinfo said on Tuesday it has acquired 20% of technology company Commission Share, owner of online platform for shopping catalogues Broshura.bg.
The deal, though which Netinfo steps on 18 other markets, is in line with its strategy to expand its portfolio and diversify its business, Netinfo said in a press release without disclosing the price of the deal.

Broshura.bg posted a turnover of 2.3 million euro ($2.56 million) in 2015. In May alone the platform has 8 million visitors, as 15 million brochures were viewed.
Netinfo is part of Nova Broadcasting Group, a subsidiary of international broadcasting group Modern Times Group (MTG).
A few months ago Netinfo acquired 51% of Grabo.bg - the largest Bulgarian site for online shopping popular services and 51% of Trendo.bg, online store for clothing. As part of the deal Netinfo acquired a majority stake in Opoznai.bg - the largest catalog of tourist locations in Bulgaria, part of Grabo.bg.
