August 16 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's Naid City Corp decreased its stake in local Capital Management SPV [BUL:5CQ] to 4.35% from 5.93% on August 9, the SPV said.
Following the transaction, Naid City Corp owns 59,940 shares in the special purpose vehicle, Capital Management said in a statement on Wednesday.

Last month, Capital Management SPV raised 21.6 million levs ($12.9 million/11.0 million euro) via the issuance of 399,996 shares at a price of 54 levs apiece.
The shares from the capital increase were admitted to trading on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange earlier this month.
According to data from the commercial register, Capital Management SPV is mainly active in the field of debt securitisation.
