March 20 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian hydraulic equipment manufacturer M+S Hydraulic [BUL:5MH] said on Friday that it is proposing to distribute a gross dividend of 0.26 levs ($0.14/0.13 euro) per share for 2019.
M+S Hydraulic paid a gross 0.30 levs per share for 2018.
Under the proposal, M+S Hydraulic will distribute a total of 10.3 million levs as dividend for 2019, the company said in a bourse filing.
M+S Hydraulic shareholders will vote on the proposal at a meeting scheduled for May 19.
The company booked a non-consolidated net profit of 12.9 million levs in 2019, down from 14.6 million levs in 2018.
M+S Hydraulic is an affiliate of blue-chip diversified group Stara Planina Hold [BUL:5SR].
M+S Hydraulic shares last traded on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange at a price of 5.4 levs.
