May 12 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian consumer lending company Money Plus Management [BUL:MPMB] said on Friday that it increased its capital to 14.3 million levs ($8 million/7.3 million euro) from 10.9 million levs via a new share issue.
The company issued 347,670 voting shares at a par value of 10 levs apiece, it said in a stock exchange filing.
Money Plus Management raised its capital in January to 10.9 million levs from 6.9 million levs through a new share issue.
The lender's shareholders authorised it last month to take out a working capital loan of 5 million levs, which it will use to expand its portfolio of loans granted, according to a separate bourse filing.
