The company intends to distribute its total net profit for 2021 in the amount of roughly 1.2 million levs along with 4.3 million levs of its retained profit for previous years, Monbat said in a bourse filing last week.

The shareholders will vote on the proposal at a meeting which to be held on June 14.

Shares in Monbat, which have inched up 0.36% in the past 12 months, closed flat at 5.50 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) at last week's final trading session on Thursday. The BSE was closed on Friday for a public holiday.
