November 26 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian battery manufacturer Monbat [BUL:MONB] said that its consolidated pre-tax profit from ongoing operations increased by 53% on the year in the first ten months of 2021, reaching 18.4 million levs ($10.6 million/9.4 million euro).
Consolidated net sales revenue rose by an annual 18% to some 296 million levs in the ten months through October, the company said in a bourse filing on Thursday.

Monbat’s consolidated earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortisation (EBITDA) went up 19% year-on-year to 37.8 million levs in the review period.
In October alone, Monbat's consolidated profit before taxes from ongoing operations decreased by an annual 55.3% to 876,000 levs. Sales edged up 1.1% to 33.6 million levs.
