December 23 (SeeNews) - Sofia-based Military Medical Academy hospital said it has signed contracts for the supply of medical products totalling 14.2 million levs ($8.2 million/7.2 million euro) with Bulgarian companies Sopharma Trading, RSR, Bulmar ML, Bikomed and Agarta-CM.
The companies will be responsible for the delivery of medical dressings and consumables for the needs of the hospital's branches in the cities of Sofia, Varna, Plovdiv, Pleven and Sliven for a three-year period, the contracting authority said in a notice earlier this week.
The contract with Agarta-CM topped the list in terms of cost, with 7.4 million levs, while Sopharma Trading and Bulmar ML won deals of 3.2 million levs and 1.6 million levs, respectively.
Bikomed was awarded a 1.4 million levs contract, while RSR's contract cost 510,454 levs.
All five deals were signed on December 13. The tender won by Sopharma Trading attracted two bidders, while for the other tenders, the winning companies submitted the sole offers.
