January 11 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria’s MFG Invest [BUL:MFG] said on Wednesday that it has invested 214,936 levs ($118,050/109,895 euro) in local hydrogen electrolyser systems manufacturer Green Innovation.
The investment was made as part of Green Innovation’s 2 million euro ($2.14 million) funding round, MFG said in a bourse filing.

A day earlier, Bulgarian investment company ImPulse I [BUL:IMP] said its ImVenture II fund invested 250,000 euro in Green Innovation as part of the round. Angel investors also took part in the fundraiser.
Founded in 2016, Green Innovation, which has just rebranded as Hydrogenera, develops alkaline electrolysers and renewable energy-powered systems for the production of green hydrogen, and has 82 projects under its belt.
