March 31 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's Metasense Property has acquired a 15.5% stake in consumer electronics retailer Ozone Entertainment via a debt for equity swap, commercial register data shows.
Metasense Property received 26,230 shares in Ozone Entertainment in exchange for debt of some 2.1 million levs ($1.2 million/1.1 million euro) owed to the company by Ozone, according to commercial register data.

The 26,230 shares carry a nominal value of 10 levs apiece.
Following the debt for equity swap, Ozone Entertainment still owes Metasense Property some 885,000 levs.
Ozone Entertainment is the operator of the ozone.bg online shop, which offers consumer electronics, computer games, gaming consoles, books, etc.
Last year, Ozone Entertainment acquired local company Pulsar - a retailer of electronic devices, computer games, accessories.
