April 2 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian medical consumables producer Momina Krepost [BUL:5MR] said on Tuesday that local company Medical Supplies has acquired 127,000 shares in the company, boosting its stake to 22.47%.
Following the transaction, Medical Supplies holds a total of 380,000 Momina Krepost shares, Momina Krepost said in a bourse filing.
Earlier this week, Momina Krepost said that local drug maker Sopharma [BUL:3JR] has sold 126,626 shares in Momina Krepost, cutting its stake to 71.11%.
In February, Sopharma sold a 14.96% stake in Momina Krepost to Medical Supplies for an undisclosed price.
Momina Krepost shares last traded on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange at a price of 3.16 levs ($1.82/1.62 euro) each.
Momina Krepost specialises in the production of single-use medical consumables, such as syringes, needles, oxygen masks, hazardous waste containers, etc.
