April 19 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's financial regulator said it has approved a prospectus of local cable TV operator M SAT Cable, a unit of diversified group Holding Varna [BUL:5V2], for listing a 20 million levs ($12.7 million/10.2 million euro) 7-year bond issue on the stock exchange in Sofia.
The issue consists of 20,000 bonds with a nominal value of 1,000 lev each, the Financial Supervision Commission said in a statement on Wednesday.
The issue carries an annual interest rate of 6.5% with coupon payments due semi-annually.
The regulator asked M SAT Cable to corrections to its prospectus twice before issuing its final approval.
