August 21 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian oil refiner Lukoil Neftochim Burgas, part of Russia's Lukoil, said that it has signed a 30 million levs ($17.0 million/15.3 million euro) contract with a local tie-up for reconstruction of the piers of its Rosenets Port terminal.
The contract was signed on August 9, Lukoil Neftochim Burgas said in a notice earlier this week.
According to registry agency data, the tie-up comprises local GP Group and AKZ-Burgas, which hold a stake of 50% each.
Rosenets Port terminal is located on the southern coast of Burgas Bay, on Bulgaria's Black Sea coast. The terminal is part of port Burgas.
Lukoil Neftochim Burgas operates the terminal under a concession contract from May 2011.
