May 22 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's Kostinbrod municipality, in the western part of the country, said on Friday it has opened a 1.0 million levs ($557,100/511,300 euro) tender for awarding a water infrastructure project contract.
The project envisages the construction of a water supply pipeline as well as the overhaul of a pumping station and a 500 cu m pressure tank on the territory of the municipality, the contracting authority said in a tender notice.
Financing for the project is currently not available and works will only start when and if it is secured, the municipality noted.
Technical criteria will carry 60% weight in the overall ranking of the offers. The deadline for submitting offers is June 16.
Works on the project are expected to be completed within six months from their start.
